Palmiye Hotel Turkey

This is a large resort with so much to offer but not overwhelming. You can be active all day long if you want (tennis,exercise classes, sailing etc) or just relax by the pool. The zen pools were gorgeous if you want to get away from the kids! Twice daily boat trips really fun too.

The 14 July celebrations were exceptional as well as the “white and gold” party - the team go to SO much effort.

The quality of the food was incredible - we’ve never had buffet food like it.

Had an amazing massage and hammam treatment.

Only slight niggle was the house wine with dinner was undrinkable.

An issue some English families may find is the majority of families here are French so our teenagers struggled to find English speaking friends to hang out with.

Living in Turkey, we frequently visit Palmiye and each year it gets beter. The lively Club Med spirit remains the same with creative add-ons. This year we were happy to find out that the Resort is restored. Planning and organization improved thanks to Jonathan and especially Eva. She is professional, attentive and diligent. The service quality at the hotel pool bar is very good,. However the villagio pool bar needs improvement: some bartenders at the villagio pool bar need training for better guest relations. Having said that, the overall service quality is superior including technic and housekeeping staff. Special thanks to the kitchen team including executive chef Bayram, Yasin, Adem, Fatih, Serkan, and Serdar. We should also mentione Özgür at the Hotel pool bar for his premium service. The sports activities and parties made our stay marvelous. We also recommend the Resort for families with chidren.

Lovely resort, lots of activities. Food is excellent and like no other all inclusive. Its absolutely fabulous!
The range of activities is great too.
All the staff are lovely and helpful. They all speak English including all the kids club staff but the kids are in the main French so slightly shy non Frenching speaking kids may feel a bit left out. Mine didn't go to kids club.
We struggled to get wine and water with evening meal. The water is usually on the table but if not you need to ask for it and that can be challenging. We were never once offered wine or alternative drinks with our meal though other tables had these. I think we needed to just be more forward and ask but this was not always easy!
There is a bar near the beach which is open until 0130 and plays very loud music. The base could be heard/felt in our room and I could not sleep. My kids were OK so maybe doesn't bother everyone but for me it was too much
We asked to move and were moved without question to a room further from the bar. This was in the village area, if you are on the quieter hotel side you will be fine.
Its 2 resorts linked basically - the hotel and the villagio. Hotel is the quieter end if u want peace and quiet go that side.
