We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Club Med Bali, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our holiday so special.

We had an excellent stay, and we were particularly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and energy of the team. A very special thank you to Oka and Zee at golf, and Lee at tennis, who were fantastic and made our activities even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the entire bar and restaurant teams, who worked so hard and did a wonderful job throughout our stay, as well as Houcem, the Chief of Village, for creating such a warm and lively atmosphere.

We had already experienced this resort with Houcem as Chief of Village, and this time we were genuinely struck by how much better, livelier and more festive the atmosphere was compared with our previous stays. It made us realise just how much the atmosphere and spirit of a resort can depend on the vision, energy and personality of its Chief of Village. This time, the atmosphere was truly fantastic!

Although the main restaurant was closed during our stay, we absolutely loved having all our dinners outside, under the stars. What could initially have been seen as a disadvantage turned into one of the highlights of our holiday. Dining outdoors in such a beautiful setting was a wonderful experience, and honestly, we would love for it to stay this way forever!

Regarding the food, we found the selection varied and there was enough choice for everyone. However, we feel that adding a few more premium, local and slightly more special ingredients would make the experience even better. For example, we would have loved to see more avocado, mango, passion fruit and dragon fruit available throughout the stay. For the themed evenings, a few more exceptional local dishes would also be wonderful, such as spiny lobster for White Night or Babi Guling for Indonesian Night, which would be a fantastic way to showcase Bali’s incredible culinary traditions.

As for the rooms, this is unfortunately still an area that could be improved. The superior rooms are in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms and air-conditioning systems, which would benefit from a modern refresh and upgrading.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would like to sincerely thank the whole Club Med Bali team for their hard work, kindness and hospitality. The wonderful atmosphere and the incredible energy of the team made this stay particularly memorable. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time with a group of 19! Drinks flowed well, meals were delicious, easy accessible sporting facilities - Lee was so helpful and visible to our active crew while others enjoyed the tranquility of the Zen pool. Attention to detail on food was exceptional with incredible outdoor venues each night. Huge shout out to the head chef who was incredibly responsive to the dietary requirements of our 6 GF people. He did a special order of ingredients to provide GF pizza, burgers and croissants and checked in every meal to ensure they were looked after.
Nightlife was energetic and inclusive with a great vibe for all ages. So many activities but also the choice to relax and chill out. We felt really well looked after with many personal touches and connections with the fabulous staff who just could not do enough for us.

My experience at club med Bali was spending my 3 meals a day with Head chef Ravin BALHOO. I didn’t have one bad meal from him from breakfast to dinner. His personality really made my day when I saw him with him even giving me his chef hat. I highly recommend going to club med Bali to try his excellent food.
