Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

The rooms are amazing, I think the designers have very high standards of ‘good’. Same as the entrance lobby, they overdid it somehow, it’s sooooo pretty that you can kind of forget you are not in a castle. The food was like… I can’t even explain how good it was because there was literally everything! The only thing that upset me was the floaties in the Mina Mina beach were for money. I didn’t know that they weren’t for free (or that there were any floaties) and I didn’t bring any money. I had to ‘borrow’ them from other people. In simple words, I really enjoyed skiing and staying at Club Med Tomamu.

Fantastic facility but really needs some quiet areas for dining and just relaxing. Skiing slightly limited by lift opening hours and lifts that are permanently closed. Club Med is focused on families with young children .The staff are excellent , very good selection of food in the restaurant and the ski club system is very well run.

It was unforgettable and fun for our children and us. We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming ambiance. Kids were in great hands at mini club. Food was another highlight. We loved trying local and international cuisine.
I was very fortunate to start my ski lessons with an amazing instructor Olly, whose patience and expertise helped a lot ease my nerves and built me a good foundation for skiing. It was truly a special experience.
We would love to come back!

I really like the ski team here; all the instructors teach very well. If any Thai visitors come here and are worried about not being fluent in English, I recommend booking a lesson with an instructor named Tan. She explains things clearly, making it easy to understand and helping me regain confidence in skiing.

Fantastic ski in-out all inclusive hotel! Nowhere in the world can compare to skiing in Japan, as many of skiers told me. We come back again third time, we also spent time here in summer last year.

There was great facilities, nice buffet restaurant, also had late breakfast and late lunch, mini club for kids that they can enjoy snow activities with friends, all programs and shows are amazing, no time to be bored! The ski area and slopes are amazing!

I am Thai and so proudly present the GO team from Thailand are doing great. Also others from Malaysia, Indonesia were so good to us. I would like to thank Mr. Vichy, Khun Jack, and everyone who organised our lovely moment for my husband’s birthday celebration! Thank you K.Mai for good taking care of my kid at mini club. Ken, P Aoi, P Yu, Amas, Jacky, Phoebe, Mikoto, Ferry, Dolphin, Matthew, Albert, Lin the instructor and some I don’t remember their names I apologise.
