Kiroro Grand Japan

Our first stay at Club Med Kiroro Grand from Feb 1 to Feb 6, 2026 was beyond expectations — honestly, it felt like a 6-star experience.

The highlight of the trip was definitely the ski school. A heartfelt thank you to our instructor, Anders. He was incredibly patient, encouraging, and skilled at guiding students of different levels. I had two previous ski trips that weren’t very enjoyable, which made me lose confidence. But after just three days with Anders, I saw real improvement and, more importantly, rediscovered my love for skiing. That meant so much to me.

We’d also like to thank Jason, the Ski School Manager, for his thoughtful recruitment and team leadership. You can clearly feel the quality and consistency of the ski school, and it shows how much care is put into building the team.

At the boutique, Ines stood out with her warmth, humor, and genuine care for every guest. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, and you could instantly trust her recommendations.

A big thank you as well to Doris, the Sales Manager, who took wonderful care of our family. My son absolutely loved her and kept talking about her even after we left.

And finally, our sincere appreciation to Zack, the Chief of Village. His leadership truly shaped the atmosphere of the entire resort. Our group of three families all had an incredible time. One of the most touching moments was watching him during the Mini Club show, where his warm and caring interaction with the children left a deep impression on all of us.

This trip was truly special, and we’ve already booked our return stay at Club Med Kiroro Grand for January 2027 — same group, same excitement, and we can’t wait to be back.

This was my first time skiing and my first visit to Club Med Kiroro — and it turned out to be an amazing and unforgettable experience. I was especially lucky to have Hillel as my ski instructor. He was incredibly patient and supportive with beginners, giving us safe space to make mistakes and learn. He encouraged us as we progressed and was always attentive and ready to help — even offering assistance to skiers outside his own class.
I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Tong and Dolphin at the restaurant for their excellent service. They kept the atmosphere lively with jokes and took great care of us with drinks. The international buffet was extensive and varied daily — highlights included the fresh crab, oden, and matcha ice cream.
The theatre shows were entertaining and engaging, especially for children. One night featured a comedy performance set to pop music — even the GM performed! It was really funny and entertaining, and it was clear how much effort went into the performance. Kudos to the team working behind the scenes.
The resort’s layout is very convenient, with the gondola and ski meeting point located just behind the resort. After a day on the slopes, relaxing in the onsen was the perfect way to recover.
Club Med truly adds a personal touch that makes the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it, especially for first-time skiers. That said, visitors should remain mindful of hygiene precautions, as a few of my family members experienced severe vomiting and diarrhoea during the journey home and continued to fall ill even a week after returning.

Club Med completely nailed the ski holiday experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming and incredibly well organized. The ski lessons were excellent, with knowledgeable instructors who adapted to different levels and made the days both productive and fun. Food was another huge highlight. Every meal felt like a proper treat, with plenty of variety, high-quality ingredients and options for everyone. I was especially impressed by the team’s responsiveness and service. After a last-minute request, they still took the time to acknowledge my husband’s birthday by singing and bringing out a tiramisu cake. It was a very kind gesture and showed how attentive and accommodating the staff are. With lift passes, equipment, lessons, meals and entertainment all included, the entire trip felt effortless.

Awesome experience, I was actually here in December too. The instructors whom I would like to commend are Mike and Sina. Mike is an awesome teacher for carving and Sina is an awesome teacher for perfecting smooth transitions. I would also like to commend Geordie and Kieran for entertaining us at the bar, really friendly people. We returned again in Jan2026 so that I could continue learning from Mike.

It’s our 3rd club Med winter and 2nd time back at Kiroro grand. I have to say it’s was a wise choice to choose kiroro grand. This time round we were happy to see some familiar faces, Kyle as usual always spotted with a smile at mini club, thanks to his energy and enthusiasm, my kids were so hyped up for the classes and activities. Bam was gentle and caring towards the petit kids and her attitude made me feel safe leaving my kids in petit/mini club.
I have to congratulate CM kiroro grand for having dedicated staff who go the extra mile for the customer experience.
Yassin at the ski pro shop was patient and meticulous when fitting us and the kids.
Sam as usual, on top of her game, bringing us delicious and varied menu, keeping everything running smoothly every meal time is no easy feat. Thank u Sam for keeping standards high.
Mr Dolphin at the bar was exceptional. Great personality, a rising star at kiroro grand. He just makes ur day!
Lastly I would like to commend Berfin from recep for her ultimate enthusiasm, she was so patient and gentle with my kids and my kids absolutely adored her. We will always remember you and hope to see you soon!
