Kiroro Grand Japan

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The GO's were all so lovely and made every interaction so positive and fun.

The snow was incredible and there were no chairlift lines. Great being one of the only resorts on the mountain. The snowboard instructors were great too, lessons twice a day included.

The family activities were so well run too. We did sledding and cookie making with our 2 year old, and got to eat the cookies after!

The Australia Day post ski welcome by the guy with dreads and the blow up animals was awesome.

Dolphin and James at the bar were so lovely and friendly. James made my little boy baby cinos with little smiley faces, thank you!

Lou who ran the yoga was the best yoga teacher I've ever had (and I've done yoga for over 12 years). She did great trigger and tension releases, and stretches to help balance out the snowboarding soreness.

The food could not be faulted - some of the best I've ever had. My all time favourite was the Matcha Crème Brûlée. I still dream about it.

The Petit Club and kids club staff were so lovely. Crystal was so friendly. My little boy loved hanging out with Bam, Kyle and Jess (petit club). They were amazing.

Thank you for such a memorable experience. Will definitely be back!

Highly reccomended for families. All inclusive of food, drinks, lessons and entertainment. Our tweens and teens had the time of their lives. Skiing was incredible. SO MUCH POWDER and so easy to access.

Everyone took great care of me and my friends. I was very happy with my stay here. The staff's care, the fun, the delicious food, and Jack's ski lessons were excellent. I hope I can come back here again. Thank you for making my time in Japan so wonderful. It was a great memory.

We were a 14 persons group of differing ages - ranging from retirees to young kids & a teenager. We all had a great time reuniting with each other and enjoying the skiing over our 7 days stay. The food was excellent and covered cuisines from many different regions. The rooms were bigger than expected and were cleaned daily.
We especially loved the onsens/saunas which we used multiple times a day, and the daily yoga/Pilates sessions with Lu. We especially enjoyed the gondola rides, one of the many Amazing Family activities for the kids with their parents/grandparents. I would like to specially thank Hinako for looking after us so well.

Apart from the room is big, bed is comfortable, food is 24/7, Facilities are well equipped.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Club Med Staffs who really made my first vacation with Club Med an amazing and unforgettable one. Thank you so much “Jack” “Oat” “Baifern” (we called her Thai name instead of Turkish) for showing us around the place & facilities when we first arrived also support us with all needs at all times. Thank you “Bew” “Atom” “Dolphin” at the bar who always surprise us with some created signature drinks and it was all tasty. Thank you “Dome” “Amy” “Ines” “Bonus” “Armus” at the boutique team who always so nice, talkative and extremely welcoming. Thank you “Bruno from Brazil ” who I actually see everywhere do every job in the hotel. Thank you “Olila” my kind, supportive, understanding, pretty SB1 instructor for taking a really good care of me and everyone in the group class. Thank you “Oliver” who always come stop by to say hello and join us for fun activities. Also Thank you the nursing team who helped me wrap my twisted thumb.

Excellent job guys. It was real happiness. Thank you for all friendship we made, delicious food we ate and precious time we spend. Hope fully we will come back next year.
