Clubmed Kiroro Grand is a wonderful resort, but it's the people that make it exceptional. This trip was made unforgettable by two outstanding G.Os: Stella and Arda.
From the moment we arrived, their enthusiasm was contagious. They constantly hyped up the energy, whether we were at a show, at dinner, or just passing by. They have a special gift for making every guest feel included and excited. Their great personalities shine through in everything they do, and it’s clear they are passionate about creating a fun and memorable experience for everyone.
Leaving Kiroro Grand is hard because I will miss seeing their smiling, energetic faces every day. They are fantastic at their jobs and truly went above and beyond to make our trip incredible. Huge kudos to them both!

A massive thank you to Tong, the Bar Manager. His care and concern for me and my family were evident from day one. He took care of anything and everything we needed with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and valued. His professionalism and passion for his job shine through in everything he does. He doesn't just manage a bar; he creates a warm, welcoming environment for everyone.
We also must commend the incredibly talented Perla at the bar. Her passion for mixology is unmatched! She is so knowledgeable about every drink and even impressed us by identifying a cocktail just by smelling it! Her skill in mixing drinks is only surpassed by her super nice and friendly personality. We loved chatting with her and trying her creations.
Finally, a special mention for Sam, who consistently went above and beyond for our family. She showed so much care and concern, proactively helping us with everything we could want or need. Her kindness and dedication were a constant comfort and will always be remembered.
Tong, Perla, and Sam are truly precious assets to Clubmed. They are the reason we felt so at home and will be talking about this trip for years to come to our friends and family! Thank you all!

Our recent trip to Clubmed Kiroro was fantastic, largely thanks to two incredible staff members who went above and beyond.
First, my mountain boarding instructor, Fede. As an expert snowboard instructor, his skills are second to none. His teaching was an absolute masterclass. He is incredibly passionate about what he does, and that energy is infectious. Despite me being a beginner, he was endlessly patient, super detailed in his instruction, and remained professional throughout. I have immense respect for his knowledge and his teaching method, and I truly felt I was learning from the best.
Secondly, a huge shout-out to Bruno who led our walking tour of the resort. He was so warm and welcoming from the moment we met him. His professional and knowledgeable approach was complemented by a wonderfully laid-back nature that immediately made my entire family feel at ease. We felt so comfortable with him and enjoyed every minute of our tour. We absolutely loved him!
Thank you, Fede and Bruno, for making our holiday so memorable. You are both a huge credit to Clubmed.

The highlight of this trip was without a doubt the chef Gabriel’s incredible care and attention. With my special dietary needs (vegan and gluten-free), every meal was both a delightful surprise and deeply nourishing. Even our 9-month-old baby was thoughtfully taken care of with customized baby food, which encouraged him to practice self-feeding—giving us, as new parents, the joy of enjoying meals with free hands. Before our departure back to Taiwan, the chef even prepared a special meal box so we wouldn’t go hungry at the airport.
Because of the chef’s dedication and heart, our very first Club Med experience left such a strong impression—we’ll definitely be back! During our conversations, we learned that he had worked at Michelin three-star restaurants before, and had just been in Hokkaido for only 40 days. Soon he’ll be moving on to Kiroro Peak, which doesn’t allow children under 12. We feel truly grateful for the chance to enjoy his cuisine before he relocates.
Beyond the chef, the restaurant manager and staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive, making us feel completely at ease traveling with a little one. Not only the staff but even fellow guests often greeted us with warm smiles. It was by far the most family-friendly environment we’ve ever stayed in.
If I had to point out one minor drawback, it would be the experience with a GO (staff member) from Taiwan. Perhaps because she was quite young, her interactions felt distant and cold. When our original flight was canceled and we needed to extend our stay, our inquiries about fees and the promotions advertised in the resort were not answered promptly. Even when we ran into her at the resort, she walked past us without greeting, which we later learned was because she was off duty.
