This year I decided to bring my kids skiing to Club Med. As usual the booking process was seamless. However as many were aware there was a gastroenteritis bug going around. I was so lucky that Tiffany Yuen was my Guest Relations Officer. She was so professional and helpful throughout my time there and constantly checking and making sure that all of us were fine. All of us unfortunately came down with the gastroenteritis bug and she attended to us, got me food that I asked for as well as food that i didn't ask for - but in hindsight being exactly what I needed. She also sent medicine to the room and i genuinely felt that she was concerned and cared for us.
While I was quite upset at getting the bug, how Tiffany treated all of us made us feel that Club Med went out of their way to pay special attention to us. Because of her, I am going back next year to Club Med again despite the issue this year. They are lucky to have her there.
Valuable employee who really goes out of her way and the extra mile to help out!

We had the greatest time during our stay in late Apr 2025 in the last weeks of the ski season. From the moment we arrived we were completely spoiled with the friendship and attention of the Club Med team. We were warmly greeted by the staff assisted efficiently through our family ski fitting by the experts in the ski team. On entering our beautiful rooms overlooking the snow filled mountains we were greeted with a very creative ‘Happy 50th Birthday’ message arranged across our massive king bed – a very thoughtful surprise. A highlight of our holiday was the sumptuous variety of cuisine in the multiple restaurants. We loved the buffet style dishes freshly prepared and cooked to order by chef’s at the diversity of stations in Yoichi main restaurant. We were also lucky enough to be invited into The Kaen Japanese BBQ restaurant to sizzle baskets of local beef and fresh produce. The activity schedule was perfect to keep our teenagers engaged and open to new experiences with the energy of the Club Med team. We skied happily all week with high quality equipment on the uber-fun red runs (it was still snowing in May). An afternoon relaxation respite in the onsen was the perfect recovery to recharge and reset for the energy of the evening shows (evening cocktails and karaoke was a highlight!). During our five night stay at Club Med Kiroro Grand we were treated as part of the family and we’re truly grateful to Merlin and Jay for orchestrating our memorable stay – ably supported by their wonderful staff including Demi, Emile, Rueben, Finn, Dylan, James and Perla (to name but a few). If you’re looking for an attentive, energetic, and entertainment filled experience with activities and options for the whole family to relax and enjoy on holiday – we couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. See on TripAdvisorEverything was above and beyond any expectation I had. I have no words with how impressed we all were. James Lee especially stood out as an outstanding GO and made us feel welcome and included in the Club Med family.
The skiing was great. The slopes were empty, but everything was running great. The rental equipment was in amazing condition. The lockers were clean, large, and easy to use.
The buffet was great. Best part was all the breads made in house.
All the evening events were fun and a fantastic opportunity to get to know the GOs.
Overall, it was an amazing experience that I would love to repeat.
I also have to mention other GOs that made our time at Kiroro Grand special; Intho (our first dinner with GO), Sergio, Angel (best fish tacos ever), Perla, Tong, James (Bar), Oceane, Risa, and Berlin. All GOs exemplified the true Platinum rule of Hospitality of knowing what the guest wants or needs before the guest knows that it's what they're looking for. This resort was definitely a 5-star experience.

Berfin:
Berfin was extremely welcoming and efficient in settling us into clubmed. She brought us through everything, including introducing us to the environment in kiroro, as well as getting us our snowboard gear etc. Her communication was great and she also very kindly assisted us with our requests and questions during the stay.

Biggest thanks to F&B and Bar team and the above GOs for making us feel right at home at clubmed. Food was amazing with lots of choices! Whenever i see Sam, I see food! Including party time at the dance floor, where there is a small but thoughtful selection.

King:
Very capable and skillful instructor who taught us patiently and well. King also took the initiative to take photos for us and allowed us to enjoy our first snowboarding experience. Instructions were clear and we really learnt a lot! We cannot wait to snowboard with King again!!!
