During the fall season, Charlevoix’s landscapes don their lovely fall hues and dazzle us! With our impressive program of guided, all-inclusive hikes, discover the beauty of the Massif de Charlevoix, located in one of the four Québec reserves in the UNESCO Canadian Biosphere Reserves network, during the most colorful season of all. 

Take the scenic route to Baie-Saint-Paul and discover this charming village with local guide. Start the visit with a local products tasting at the parc and continue the visit through the historical and cultural part of the city.  End this wonderful tour at the St-Jean-Baptiste street where you can shop local souvenirs for family and friends! If you just want to enjoy the beautiful views of the ride by the coast you can also book a back-and-forth ride to La Malbaie.

The buffet at the centre of the restaurant has the look of a market hall with its pale golden wooden flooring. Five restaurant dining rooms with five different ambiances: La Laiterie, La Moisson, La Légende, L’Orée des Bois and L'Accalmie. Each of these spaces celebrates one of the basic elements of gastronomy, such as hunting, fishing, agriculture, foraging and livestock farming.
