Tomas, Brandon, Luis. they all took amazing care of me. I came with my partner and his family as a younger person in their early twenties and it was my first time leaving the country. no matter what they made sure i was safe, taken care of, and tended to my every need. they were absolutely amazing and made sure i had the absolute best time of my life knowing it was the first time i had been anywhere. They are funny, kind, empathetic, caring, and have such amazing personalities! i had more fun hanging out with them then any of the friends i made on the trip! they remember me, my name, and made sure no matter what i was having a good time and was happy. they were one of the absolute BEST parts of my trip and i cannot wait to come back to visit them! they deserve all the good things club med has to offer and i truly hope they are rewarded for their hard work! also, thomas is my favourite!! i had the time of my life with him, luis is very sweet, and brandon cares a lot about turtles and animals like me. they all went the extra mile to update me about wild life and make

My family of 4 had a wonderful time at CM Cancun 2 weeks ago. From the moment we were greeted with a personalized welcome sign at the lobby with our name on it, we knew they had every detail covered. Check-in was a breeze and our room ocean-facing room in Aguamarina was perfect. Our teen boys had their separate room, and the whole area was spacious. The housekeeping crew was always smiling and kept our room tidy and pleasant.

We’re an active bunch, so the CM culture is a great match. We hit the ground running with all the amenities CM has to offer: yoga, snorkel, sail, pickleball, soccer, archery, trapeze, ping pong, gym, dance lessons, pool, nightly entertainment, beach and sunshine!

I’d love to give some shoutouts to certain individuals that went above and beyond to connect with us and show personal care.

Max, the sports manager, was the most kind, genuine and involved person on the ground. You could literally see him everywhere you go interacting with the guests.

My husband really enjoyed his yin yoga class with Uri. The setting was beautiful on the terrace at Aguamarina, and the deep stretches were just what he needed. William from water sports was very patient teaching us sailing. And I can’t say enough about the whole trapeze crew! The 3 Ms (Margot, Mae, Mauricio) and Jose worked so well together as a team and supported me and the other guests in our pursuit to fly! Margot, especially, made it a point to connect personally, and shared her experience and culture with our family over dinner.

Traveling with teenagers could be challenging to keep them occupied and fed, so when CM met all their needs, this mama’s heart was so happy. They devoured their way through Hacienda, Taco Arte and Estancia. Each restaurant had their specialty and we were never bored. All the waiting staff and servers provided excellent service.

Thank you, CM for a memorable time—we’ll be back!

Very good resort , the beach is the best in all Mexico , and the food , too

Rouny gave us great service he was cool

We went as a family, along with a family friend and with our son’s friends, group of 15 from Phoenix. We want to give a special shoutout to Jose Luis and the Jade crew (Eliseo, Daniel, Jade, Jamie and the buggy drivers) for making my husband and I feel special and took excellent care of us during our stay. Everyone was so friendly and attentive at Jade.
The staff at Taco Arte were spot on and really nice.
Italia was wonderful at the snorkel shack and awesome company at dinner. William and Paolo from sailing rock because they took time with us and even danced with our friend's mom to make her feel special. We remember William from Turks.
Sammy was an extra special treat to meet. She added some fun to our group and was super helpful in the boutique. Dorian and Rolando made our stay amazing with great mixes for dancing and the shows. We absolutely love crossing paths with Max, Sports Manager, over the years at different Club Meds. He is a gem and Club Med is lucky to have him. He always makes time to come and say hello and see how our day was even in his busy schedule and is great company for dinner. Our group loves playing beach volleyball with him when he’s able as well. Ivan was also someone we were happy to get to know this trip and the kids love him.
Cancun has been under renovation for some time but they did a great job to block it and reroute people to the beach or to the sports island you normally can walk to and now get to it by boat which was cool. We look forward to seeing the finished main pool, beach bar and rooms. Our group did trapeze, archery, beach volleyball, sailing, snorkeling, pickleball, danced, and sang karaoke. And last but not least, Florian, is doing a great job as the interim Chief de Village! She brings the energy and elegance. Thank you all for such a great trip. We loved making new memories with you all!
PS. Wishing Daniel from main bar a happy retirement! He deserves it!
