Kani Maldives

We returned to Club Med Maldives, where we created beautiful memories 15 years ago on our honeymoon—this time to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We spent five unforgettable days, made incredibly comfortable by the outstanding service that made us feel right at home. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this experience so special.

Of course, there are some exceptional people who left a lasting mark on our hearts. First and foremost, our deepest thanks go to Mr. Ragap, the backbone of the team. Then, under the excellent leadership of Mr. Yiğit, the outstanding service team—Enes, Umut, Ripon, Sumon, and Mojbar—worked tirelessly to ensure our happiness. We sincerely hope to meet them again in another Club Med experience.

Lastly, I’d like to mention two lovely ladies from the reception team, Ms. Isla and Ms. Aldynai, whose kindness made a real difference.

Endless thanks to everyone who made this paradise not only beautiful for its natural wonders but also truly exceptional with their service.

Club Med Kani is the most beautiful and chilling resort of Maldives but be aware of Barmen Umut from Turkey, he is the most efficiwnt guy on that resort, his coctails are the best also his conversation and friendship is out od the world. Especially for Turkish residents İ recommend this resort and especially Mr. Umut Savoglu. Chef the village Ragap thank u very much for your assistance and welcoming attitude.

What a dream Kani is. I went to this Club Med for the first time last year. I returned at the same time this year and the village was even better than before possibly thanks to the current CdV Ragab who runs it outstandingly. I've been to many Club Med Villages over many decades and Ragab keeps his team spit spot. The Maldavians are a treat to be around. This year I made sure I didn't bother packing any closed shoes or cardigans for the evenings - it's all on sand and it doesn't get cold at night. I did pack my own snorkel, mask & fins and a rash vest this time though and used them a lot. My daughter in her 20s came with me for a 'fly & flop' holiday. I chose to be very active and relished the chance to do the snorkel boat trips, sail a Hobie, kayak, do flying trapeze, lots and lots of yoga and stretching. I also arranged to waterski every day which was terrific. We had a basic beach front room which was perfectly fine. We were only ever in it to sleep or change anyway. The island is stunning. It was the GOs though who really made the holiday incredible. From Juliet & Karim in customer relations and Morita in planning who helped us even before we departed to Isla who welcomed us and Roy the charming doctor whom we luckily didn't have to visit this time. VShark was a fab old friend and was everywhere. David in traffic helped me with my lost property at the airport. Thomas, Lexie, Nooman, Rayan all helped so much with our waterskiing and Yousri ran the sports team magnificently. Christine is the Belle of the Beach and a huge star. She's everywhere and introduces guests to each other and always has well attended classes which are of very high quality. I spent a lot of time with Shar the marine biologist, learning from her in lectures and snorkelling sessions which made the trip very special. The circus team somehow didn't get tired of us and I spent a lot of time with Buzzy Bianca and her team of Daniel, Zoe, Ping & Ryan who helped me hugely. This time I even got the hang of sailing solo thanks to Joe, Chou Chou and Amalou. The person I saw most often though was Viam our waiter. He could not have been a more elegant, gracious young man. Thanks Kani gang for a great holiday.

We are an Australian family with a 4 year old and 12 year old. It has long been our dream to go to the Maldives and Club Med Kani exceeded all our expectations. We had a beautiful stay of 8 nights here, and would love to come back again one day. It really was a dream holiday.
Wonderful location, amazing food and staff. The GO staff are incredible, and special thanks to the Family team for taking such good care of our kids. We did a couple of amazing excursions - the snorkelling is the best we've ever done. Highly recommended

Bartender Umut is amazing! He is the reason why I recommend this place. Facility has enough attractions. I in general liked everything. Umut is the king of bartnders. If you ever come here, make sure to find Umut. The food and the drinks also have enough variations.
