Great time at Club Med Bintan!
5/5 • 2/20/2025It was our first time in Club Med and the Mini Club especially has exceeded our expectations! My 2 kids, aged 3 & 5 didn't want to leave!
Thank you, Rere, Syasya, Ploy, Hayley, Kimi, Lina, Ananda, Angel, Sandra, Zan, Garfield, Danial & Finn for creating such a beautiful, safe and fun environment for the kids.
Their energy is so contagious! They put in so much effort, and love to everything they do! WE APPRECIATE YOU.
Also, to everyone else in Club Med, from the kitchen staff, the service staff, the cleaning staff, the guest-fronting staff, the back of the house staff, you guys are doing such an amazing job!

Now, this is which number of Club Med village that I have been to now?
5/5 • 2/20/2025Just 50 mins away from Singapore. It is home for me and my family away from home! Its my 2nd visit to Club Med Bintan after the birth of my child. The G.O. team were very friendly! Shoutout to Fenny, Rosie, Charmaine, Naka, Shaam, Ali Naufal, Rey, Leo, Mimi, Sandy, Mandy, and Berta! All these GOs made the Club Med experience more authentic! The food at the Waterfall restaurant was excellent. Kudos to Chef Asim, who created delicious baby food and pistachio gelato with his team! The team at the main bar and Paranoma were excellent from the morning coffees to the cocktails. Shea and the team created delicious beverages throughout the day.

Best kids club and GO team ever
5/5 • 2/18/2025The best kids club staff in the world. Honestly. Rere and the team looked after the kids so well they both cried as they left the resort as they missed them so much. There are so many GO to thank, Garfield was incredible, angel is sensational and full of energy, Hayley sitting with them at dinner and talking to them like a friend, it was just more than we could every have wanted for a trip for them. We have a 8 week old baby that consumes us so knowing the other 2 weee have so much fun made it just the best break. We will be rebooking asap.
We first met rere in Phuket and when we got into bintan my daughter spotted her IMMEDIATELY … that’s the impact the GO has, it was so much fun.
Real memories and so inclusive too of the parents joining and dropping by the club any time to see the activities.
It’s just been great. Thank you!!

5/5 • 2/18/2025Fantastic food with amazing choices as always. Just a great place to relax and forget the world, have a drink and relax on a beautiful beach, by the pool or in the bar. GO's always so friendly, helpful and fun. Can't wait to be back in CLUBMED BINTAN again

Getaway at ClubMed Bintan
5/5 • 2/17/2025Excellent choice for a convenient getaway from Singapore. Just one hour by fast ferry to pristine beaches and a seriously chill and laid-back setting. The months of April till October are good for diving and snorkeling. Bintan does have several surprisingly good reefs. After a trip out at sea, nothing beats chilling and relaxing at the comfortable resort.
