It was my first time at club med and we had a brilliant time

The food was great quality
And all the GOs were friendly, professional and respectful - I can’t possibly name them all! They made the evenings really entertaining if you are looking for activity after dinner.

All of the circus team were professional and fun, with my kids and I both really enjoying the challenge of the trapeze. And we enjoyed Clarissa’s dance fit and Edo’s aqua fit classes

The kids club (mini club) staff were excellent, especially Rere and Nanda, Syasya and Sandra. The kids are still talking about the treasure hunt with “Prince Apple” and the “Pirate” role play.

One downside is we could not swim at the beach due to the undercurrent and reportedly blue bottle jellyfish

Had some bugs and hot water issue but the overall experience is always great.

It’s nice to be back and this time we had a kids to bring along. We dropped her off for a full days kids club and the GOs (Hayley, sandra, syasya and more) took care of her so well that we didn’t need to worry. We had our own couple time too.

My Club Med experience was made special by Rita and Azizul who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a custom experience made to meet my needs.

Club Med offered a great variety of activities, food and beverages that made the experience memorable as well. The shows prepared by the staff were well pulled off.

The spa experience is definitely recommended - we were led to a private room with a great view of the sea, and the masseuse were attentive to our every need.

I will however be giving the review 4 stars as my room was attacked by monkeys. And I struggled to get through to the front desk initially to understand and assist with the situation. Nevertheless, the team led by Momo and Mimi subsequently ensured that my belongings were appropriately sanitised and that transport was arranged so that I would be able to make it to my ferry back on time. The service recovery was commendable.

Thank you for hosting us at Club Med Bintan. It was a genuine pleasure meeting Yui and Ling and your team during our visit. We had an incredible time, and much of that can be attributed to the outstanding service provided by your team. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay, every interaction reflected a high level of professionalism and hospitality.

The team’s efforts in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience did not go unnoticed. Whether it was the seamless organization of activities, the delicious meals prepared with care, and we are truly grateful for the effort and dedication they demonstrated.

Once again, thank you for making our visit a memorable one.

The experience was extremely fun, and I truly enjoyed the times spent learning many activities from GOs like Athena, Chase and Cindy! It was an eye opening time that I had, even though it was rainy at times! Thank you to the Club Med team for making it feel like a fun time
