5/5 • 8/31/2024Thé Hotel was amazing. Especialy hadas was incredibly good in handling needs, was caring and delt with staff right away . Thanks to all the great people in the club. Food was good - we could found whatever we wanted.

some more indoor activities for the kids, such as indoor basketball court or gaming room.
We had bad experience with the cancellation policy and with the customer services especialy in the current situation in Israel.
The reception desk should have more knowledge in the activities outside the club.
I think there should be transportaion of the club to the differents cables in the village.

Had as was an amazing service person
5/5 • 8/29/2024We stayed at Club Med Valmorel thé last week. We have stayed at several Club Med resorts before and in this instance I feel it is necessary to post a review to Trip Advisor saying how very impressed I was this time around.
In particular with hadas from the reception .
Hadas help us in all areas of the resort and was so nice .
We had a wonderful holiday and it was largely due to the great staff
