I had an amazing vacation in ClubMed Sahoro, thanks to Stella’s warm and detailed guidance from check-in to check-out.

With the help of Stella and Heather, I was able to register for my first ski lesson smoothly, and Joshua and Sam from the Ski Pro Shop made my equipment rental experience seamless and hassle-free. When I ran into trouble because I couldn’t rent ski clothing, Joshua and a G.O. from the boutique shop (I’m really sorry I didn’t catch your name in the rush!) stepped in to help, ensuring I could ski without any issues. Without Joshua’s assistance, I would have missed out on a whole day of skiing.

During my lessons, instructors Dodo, Luka, and Trixie provided excellent guidance, helping me improve significantly. By the time I checked out, I genuinely wished I could have stayed a few more days—it was that enjoyable!

I’m truly grateful to all the G.O.s for their kindness and outstanding service.

A special thanks to Stella for always making sure I was comfortable and to Joshua for going above and beyond to assist me.

We returned here after 15 years to find a fabulous upgraded Club Med so much better than Tigne and St Moritz .
Absolutely every member of staff are caring , attentive and incredibly engaged to make your stay here enjoyable .The facilities are better than ever . In the main restaurant Sergio , Owen and indeed all the staff will make any meals you have there easy and delightful.

We just had the best family ski holiday at Club Med Sahoro! This is our second time at the resort, and it truly doesn’t disappoint. The slopes were incredible, the snow kept dumping, and the food and drinks were everything we could have desired. But the standout highlight for us has to be the friendly, attentive staff. This is a must-do if you're looking for a family holiday in the snow! We’ll definitely be back next year.

Craig - A huge thank you for catching up with us a third year running! Craig went above and beyond, always there to help with our questions and making sure our boys had the best time learning to ski. Also thanks for hanging out with us even during your holidays :-)

Pristy - What a gem! Pristy is not only a lovely person but also a very talented performer in the shows. Her connection with the children is amazing, and we were so grateful for her care and attention.

Hansen - Hands down, the best cocktail maker of all time! Hansen made sure our cocktails were perfect and it was quite the experience watching his creations. Tip - ask for this cocktail of the day its always delicious Cheers to that!

Tuncay - The definition of great company and so very humble! Tuncay was incredibly friendly, always going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and made us feel right at home.

Luca - A fantastic instructor who pushed me to my limits in power skiing! Encouraging me to ski through the trees was somewhat crazy, but his support and high positive energy made it such a memorable experience.

Yoko - An amazing FUN instructor who had our boys skiing with confidence on the black runs. They had so much fun during their three days of lessons with her, and we can’t thank her enough!

Deni - Legend! Deni is the best person to work with kids. He may still be a big kid at heart, but that makes him so fantastic with the little ones. Thank you for taking such great care of our boys in the kids’ club!

Overall, this resort remains one of our top destinations for family fun and adventure. Thanks to the incredible team for making our stay unforgettable!

Once again we thoroughly loved our stay.
Smaller and more boutique than the larger resorts, you get to know everyone and we make new friends every visit.
So amazing for the kids to have familiar faces to go back to.
10/10 on every level.
Insane snow this year as well!
Special mention to Tuncay and Hasan for the friendliest bar staff I’ve ever met, Craig and Yuki for being the kids favourite instructors and making the them feel like they have 3 extra family members.
As always Pristy was on point and remembered the kids from years ago at Bintan, little Tyde is still sad he had to leave.
