This place feels like family
5/5 • 8/20/2024Let me just start by saying, we were a group of 65 people, children, teenagers, adults and senior adults.( 3 handicapped seniors) We were received by the Director and the rest of the staff to a wonderful welcome. And from there Alexandre and Alice took over of our care. And from here I saw two absolute professionals who made every one feel special. We just had to ask for something and it was done "tout suite". Chapeau to both of them. Just one word "FORMIDABLE".
A special shout out to ANA at the chalet desk.
Actually I should say that for the whole staff, the bar, the amazing buffet. Bravo.

The activities and amenities kept us all entertained and relaxed throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Alexandre and Alice, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
