Saint-Moritz Roi Soleil Switzerland

We really appreciated our week at St Moritz Club Med. We were a group of 14 people and everything was great. Thé organisation, the food, the staff, we really recommend this place. We had lots of fun, there was a great atmosphere, and we are definitely going back !

I have been to this hotel 4 times and I feel it have improved slightly over last year. Although the restaurant seating area is still cramped the change of use of the boutique into part of the food area was a good idea. I had noticed a decline in the food on offer over the years, however I feel there has been an improvement this year. I wish to mention Gwenola who always had a genuine smile for all the guests right to the end of the day. Our ski instructor was Alessandro Columbus and a joy to follow. His instruction and feed back was perfect for the group. Alessandro took the time to video each of us and explain individually what we needed to work on. The guided mountain walking program was also well organized and variation each day.

Whilst it may not be ski-in-out, it makes up for it with great organisation with coach transport when needed. There was always a coach waiting to collect us after skiing at Corviglia and the group trips to Corvatsh and Diavolezza were very well organised.
What made this resort truly stand out was the activities on offer for non-skiers. They get a choice between walking, snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing. All in beautiful surroundings.
I must call out our excellent ski instructor Alesandro Colombo. I've never been video-analysed in ski instruction before but he showed me how to improve my skiing after 40 years!
The food and bars are every bit as good as other Club Med resorts and the staff put in a huge amount of effort to the entertainment which was appreciated.
It's not the prettiest of hotels, but who cares, it's what's they do with it that counts!
We'll definitely be back!

For me the best worker was Leo because he is really good with kids and can take good care of them. He’s really nice and funny. Fun games and it wasn’t boring. He definitely did a good job with his work. He did manipulate us into dancing but at the end it did turn out funny.

Leo and Lea were great and really good with the teenagers and kids, they were so kind and looked after them great, the kids loved them too!!! I really liked them and think they did a great job and would highly recommend them. The skiing was also so fun!
