5/5 • 12/10/2024Friendly and helpful staff, especially the ski instructors. Special thanks to ski instructor Patrick who insisted we learn proper form. And Albert, our trekking guide, who is fun and knowledgeable.
After dinner program was fun filled. Zack Lee and his team put in lots of effort in keeping guests entertained.
Having access to an Onsen next to the property is definitely a huge factor for us selecting Tomamu
Only down side, we all agreed, was that food quality could be better.

the family took ski lessons and fell in love with it. all thanks to their ski coach - Patrick!
housekeeping was top notch and the nightly shows were superb. so much energy.
Food quality could be better but commendable nonetheless. the bed has a rather stiff padding that made the mattress rather hard.
otherwise we LOVE LOVE our experience here and will be back again next year.

Best SKI holiday
5/5 • 12/10/2024Amazing holiday in Club Med Tomamu. Zack the CDV has shared warm welcome to us and the night show were so great espcially the Rock & Roll night. Tomamu is really the best place to SKI, thanks to my beautiful instructor April, I got CLUB1 level in two days.

The Best Family Vacation In Clubmed Tomamu
5/5 • 12/10/2024This is the best place for ski. The softest fluffiest snow. Even if u fall, it won’t be painful. The ski instructors here are the best, especially Carl and Will. We had the most enjoyable cable car ride with Gabriel n Toddy. Cindia n Mehmet were amazing too, helping n guiding us in the prettiest bracelet making as well as the snowman craft. We were all pampered in every meals of our stay. There were so much varieties. I personally was impressed by the vegetarian section, where the food was not only delicately crafted but also tasty. The room was so cozy and the housekeeping was fantastic in ensuring we returned to a warm room after our snowy day outside.
In conclusion, everyone in clubmed Tomamu is genuinely friendly and full of zest. We are thankful and glad we made the decision to come CLUBMED TOMAMU. The best family vacation ever!!

5/5 • 10/2/2024Our family had a great time at Tomamu Hokkaido. This is actually our second time here and Club Med never disappoints.
Our 2 teenage kids also had a great time with G.O Albert, who is super friendly and knowledgeable.
We did all the activities here and having a fun and relaxing time. Highly recommended!!!
