Club Med Alpe d’Huez is situated at 1,860 m altitude in the Grandes Rousses range, offering ski-in / ski-out access to a vast domain of about 250 km of slopes, with altitudes up to 3,330 m. It features La Sarenne (Europe’s longest black run), many lifts, runs for all skill levels, great sunshine exposure (southern slope) and upgraded facilities for winter.

The resort is reachable from several airports: Grenoble Alpes-Isère (1 h 30), Geneva (3 h 15), Lyon Saint-Exupéry (2h30), and via train to Grenoble (1 h15) then transfer.

The resort offers a wide variety: about 135 runs in total, 79 lifts, 50 km of Nordic (cross-country) skiing, snowparks, a boardercross, a toboggan run, and slopes ranging from greens (beginner) to blacks (expert), including the famous long steep La Sarenne run.

Besides downhill skiing & snowboarding, there are snowshoeing, skating on an ice rink, skijoring (skiing pulled by a horse), sledding / toboggan runs, spa / wellness spaces, indoor heated pools, après-ski time, shows/entertainment, and kids’ clubs. It caters from very young children up to teens.

The winter package includes lodging, group ski and snowboard lessons for all levels (from about 4 years old), lift passes (e.g. a 6-day pass for 7-night stays starting the day after arrival), diverse slope access, food & drink (multiple dining options), entertainment & après-ski. Equipment rental is available (often extra cost or through pre-booking).
