Yabuli China

I stayed at this property for three nights. The room was clean, and the facilities were very well maintained. On the first night, the heating system in the room could not be adjusted to provide sufficient warmth; however, the staff promptly brought an additional heater to ensure comfort.
I booked an All-Inclusive package, which included snowboarding lessons. Information was provided in advance through the system prior to arrival. However, on the day of check-in, the staff instructed us to contact the counter after 6:30 PM to arrange lessons for the following day. When we did so, the staff asked whether we had scanned the QR code. The check-in staff had already instructed us to scan it, explaining that all activities could be viewed through the system. At the counter, we were told that no registration was required and that we should meet at the designated meeting area at 9:45 AM the next day. Upon arrival at the meeting point, we found that

Had a great time at Clubmed Yabuli. Special thanks to Leo and Leia who worked at reception and have helped out a lot and made my solo trip even more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Club Med Yabuli, and a big part of that was thanks to Adam and Shen. Their hospitality was outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

I went alone as a solo trip so I was really impressed by the friendliness of all the GO! They really made me feel like home and it was really a memorable experience.

First of all, Pamela was fantastic as the Resort Manager. She 完全没有村长的架子，very down to earth and was the most perfect host you could ever have. She also involved in most of the performance and I’m impressed by her talent! She is literally everywhere! She is there to greet us during every meal, and was out there at the snow before we leave for ski lessons and even sent me off until my car on my last day. The best resort manager I ever met!

Secondly, the front desk staff especially : Angel, Fabrina and Leo. Angel helped me with my check in , help me sort out my deposit issue and accommodated me to the room I wanted. Fabrina was so efficient as she heard me asking the cleaners about helping me with my luggage to the lobby during my checkout, she took the initiative to help me with my luggage as I was alone with big luggages. Leo ensure that I have a smooth checkout and also greet me goodbye as I left.

Thirdly, the F&B director Adi, he is also a very humble and down to earth gentleman. He is really friendly and greeted me whenever he sees me at the restaurant making sure I was well taken care of.

I manage to reserve the hotpot dinner on my second night. The staffs were helpful as they help me get a chilli sauce that was not presented on the condiment table, they helped me searched for it from the back kitchen, which is really helpful. I gave some constructive feedback on the flavour of the soup and freshness of the ingredients, they also accepted my feedback with an open heart which is really great.

Fourthly, Adam the event manager, he made sure I felt like home because he is also a Malaysian. He is so efficient that I sent him the song lists that I want and he manage to compile it and play it during the after party, that was really impressive! He also made sure I was well taken care of on my last night when I had too much to drink. The performance were so entertaining and I even teared while watching their opening performance, could really felt the joy that they tried to bring it to us.

Finally, the ski team, Anna and HongLi that helped me with gear renting and helping me with wearing and removing my gear since I am not familiar with ski gears. It was really helpful since I went alone and had no one else to help me but they were readily there to help me out.

My ski instructors Ray 雷教练 (snowboard) and Eason (ski) that was really professional and patient during my ski lessons. They made sure of my safety and gave very detailed guidance to make sure I am able to learn as much as I can in such a short duration of time.

Finally, the other GOs I met that made my trip so meaningful and memorable. Thalia , Julianda(mini club), Poppy (bar), Alan, Sunny, Long, Siu, Annie (ski instructor) that was there to make me feel accompanied during all my meals and my stay there. They made my solo trip so so much better and I really didn’t expect this hospitality.

The room is so spacious and had really good views, ski experience is great, food was good (I was so surprised when they served nasi lemak for breakfast one morning), everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I strongly recommend for solo travellers or family to come here for holiday!
