Learn aboutKiroro Peak is a Exclusive Colletion resort with more premium & quality food & services. During our stay, we had A5 Wagyu Beef, King Crabs, succulent lamb racks, fresh Hokkaido oysters & more. The Head of Chef; Gabriel did a wonderful job chatting with most guest & getting us excited for the upcoming dish that he & his team will be prepared for us. He also specially arranged Oysters platter & Seafood paella on both dinners sent directly to our table. Besides, Mr Liam the Restaurant Manager has greeted all the guest with a warm welcome & asking if we need any coffee or tea which he could prepare for us. Very attentive.
As for the most important part, the skiing lessons are very well arranged which is headed by Nino. I first met, Nino was last year March in Kiroro Grand where he tied my ski straps because I was rushing for my class; he ensures that safety comes first & he always ask if we need any help. I am in Club 4 ski but this round, I would like to try Snowboarding. My 1st snowboarding lessons was last mth (march) in Club Med Tomamu from SB to SB 1. In Kiroro Peak, I advanced from SB 1 to SB 2 within a day of training; special thanks to Marcus.
I will definitely continue to recommend more of my friends from Malaysia who are interested to try skiing or snowboarding with Club Med. It is very rewarding to be Gold Member of Club Med.
See on TripAdvisorThis was our first time enjoying a wonderful ski holiday at the Club Med Kiroro Peak. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the whole team of G.Os at Kiroro Peak in providing us impeccable services throughout our 5-night stay, making our ski holiday such a memorable one. Kiroro Peak belongs to the exclusive collection of Club Med, its elegant setting, cozy and graceful ambience make it stands out from other bustling Club Med ski resorts packed with small kids. Everything in the resort, including the extensive and high-quality food/snacks/wine/drinks selection, spacious accommodation, prime location with ski-in ski-out access, the professional ski lessons provided, the fun-filled night shows performed by the G.Os team, etc., were top-notch. We were pampered by the remarkable all-inclusive experiences throughout our stay from morning till night! I particularly enjoyed unwinding at the bar area enjoying the stunning view of the ski area and relishing a cup of hot wine or a glass of signature cocktail after a long-day of skiing.
The team of energetic, friendly and gracious G.Os led by Eva, the General Manager, is one of the key elements which makes Kiroro Peak such a warm and inviting place for ski holidays. Our immense gratitude to Natalia of the Welcome & Service Team who contacted us well beforehand to check our special requests and ensured that everything in our suites were well set-up according to our preferences. Knowing that my twins love instant cup-noodle, she even arranged extra ones in the mini-bar for them! Apart from offering her very warm welcome during the check-in, she also toured us around different facilities in the Resort to ensure that we could settle down and get ready for our skiing seamlessly. I managed to have a drink with her at the end of my trip to bid farewell to each other and It was wonderful listening to Natalia’s sharing of her stories in other Club Med resorts and her future moves in Club Med. Natalia was amiable and vibrant, a true Ambassador of the Club Med spirit. Besides, Jay of the Team always responded to our enquiries and requests meticulously and greeted us affectionately every time we passed by the front desk. His heart-warming touches made us feel like staying at home. Moreover, our heartfelt appreciation to Liam, the Restaurant Manager, who was always around providing exemplary and attentive services. He greeted us fondly and checked our needs at every meal during breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was nice chatting with him and learning about his experiences in other Club Med resorts. Actually, we also met Liam in Club Med Bintan last summer! We would also like to thanks Maki and Aryanta at the Restaurant, Robin at the Bar and G.Os at the Ski Rental for their dedicated services. Furthermore, our profound appreciation to Eva who was so enthusiastic and engaged in leading her team to provide such remarkable services, wonderful night entertainments such as shows, firework displays and pouring of champagne into the glass tower, etc. We could see Eva in every corner of the Resort, working hand in hand with her team. Last but not the least, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the professional ski instructors who shared so many useful skiing tips with us as well as Gilbert who tried his best to arrange private ski lessons for my twins out of the very stretched schedules. We were very lucky to have Eden, a very professional and patient instructor, to coach our twins who were first-time skiers. He got the magic power to inspire our kids’ interests in skiing and they could ski at the green runs in the Nagamine Area confidently at the end of the trip. My son could even attempt the red runs in the Youchi and Centre Areas!
Thank you so much again to the whole team of G.Os at Kiroro Peak in creating such a memorable ski holiday for us. We just can’t wait to meet them again and enjoy their unparalleled services in the next ski season!
See on TripAdvisorHad another fantastic snow holiday at Club Med Kiroro Peak! To be honest, the snow was a bit slushy, but having this kind of volume and quality in mid-April is still impressive.
Although the mountain wasn’t fully open, there was still a good range of slopes from green to black. Best of all, it was hardly crowded.
My ski instructors, Eden and Gilbert, were excellent. I signed up for a group lesson, but it turned into a private one since no one else was at my level! One of the perks of traveling in the off-peak season 😆. They were both great at observing my skiing and offering different techniques tailored to my needs. Their explanations and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow, and I finally feel confident skiing in parallel on red runs.
A big thank you as well to Eva, Emily, Sal, Nicole, and Take-San for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable.
The perfect way to wrap up the ski season!
See on TripAdvisorI had an amazing stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak during the holiday. Even in April, there was still plenty of snow on the slopes, making for a surprisingly enjoyable spring skiing experience. Although the number of resort shuttle buses is reduced in spring, there are still direct options available, so getting around remains convenient.
A special shoutout to my ski instructor, Noah — he was fantastic. He speaks multiple languages, which made communication easy, and his attention to detail in explaining skiing techniques really helped me improve in a short time. As a GO, he was also warm and enthusiastic, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The dining experience was another highlight. There was a wide variety of food every day, and I especially appreciated the Chinese cuisine — it was very authentic. Chef Shun did an excellent job, and I’m glad Club Med made the effort to bring in an authentic Chinese chef to serve Chinese guests. The bar was also great, with the staff preparing a wide range of cocktails, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Overall, everything from the skiing to the service and food exceeded my expectations. Club Med Kiroro Peak is a perfect destination for a high-quality ski vacation. Highly recommend.
See on TripAdvisorGot a smaller room compared to last season; awkward room layout at the 5th floor as a result I hit my head twice (my height 6^'3") getting up at night.
Ski instructors were very good; tq Chris and Steve.
Didn't get into my room until 1600 hours, luckily Mr Take quickly sort it for us.
Dining experiences at the restaurants were super and excellent. A very good team leads by Rakesh and Maki. Maki especially as she made sure the table or most of the diners were well attended too and taken care of. TQ
Not so lucky with the snow condition compared to last year.
Still a good experiences.
