Kiroro Peak Japan

Following our stay last year, we were delighted to return to Club Med Kiroro. Thanks to the wonderful Merlin, all the G.O.s, G.E.s, and the rest of the staff, we had a fantastic time once again. It was a truly priceless and invaluable experience!

It was great to reunite with Ibra and Sam, whom we met last year. They always looked out for our family, and our children were so happy to see them again. We also had a nostalgic reunion with Kyoko, whom we hadn't seen since our time at Tomamu.

The children had a great time at the Mini Club and were well taken care of by many G.O.s, including Willy, Rein, and Kyle. We had a fulfilling time every day, enjoying activities like mountain biking, tennis, and nature walks.

Arda and Bruno from the mountain bike team were super friendly and the best! Arda, thank you for sharing meals with us and listening to my kids talk about "Demon Slayer." Thank you also for the lovely bracelet and keychain you gave them. The kids are so happy and treasure them! (YARE,YARE..)

For the nature walk, thank you to Billy and Andrew! We really enjoyed having a meal with Billy and talking so much. The way you played "Take Me Home, Country Roads" on the ukulele was beautiful and made for a great memory.

For tennis, we were taught by Josh and Fred again, just like last year. We were so happy that they remembered us. Hinako from Amazing Family also greeted us on the very first day and shared a meal with us. It seems she and my wife had a great chat. Thank you!

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff’s wonderful hospitality and attentiveness were outstanding. All the nightly shows were fantastic and fun, but the Half-Time Show was particularly impressive and breathtaking. We were so lucky to see the first-ever performance of that show and felt it was too good to be seen only at Kiroro!

We were so sad to leave after another wonderful and fulfilling stay, but we were sent off with smiles by the staff, including Shun from the reception team. It seems that my oldest son’s dance with Shun in the evening is a very special memory for him.

Thank you so much to all the G.O.s and G.E.s for everything you did for us throughout our stay. I know there are so many more people I haven't been able to mention by name. We are truly so grateful to all of you. We will find another opportunity to come back to Kiroro to see you all again! Thank you so much.

昨年に続いてクラブメッド・キロロに滞在しました。今回も素晴らしいMerlinをはじめG.O、G.Eをはじめとする各スタッフの皆々様のおかげでとても楽しい滞在になり、お金で買えない価値があり、経験ができました！
昨年に続いて再会したIbra、Samは、いつも私たち家族のことをいつも気にかけてくれました。子供たちは再会できたことをとても嬉しく思っていたようです。
また、Kyokoとはトマム以来の再会となり、懐かしく感じました。

ミニクラブではWilly、Rein、Kyleなど多くのG.O子供たちがお世話になりました。
私たちは、マウンテンバイク、テニスやネイチャーウォークなど毎日充実した日々を過ごしました。
マウンテンバイクのArda、Brunoは、親しみやすく最高でした！Arda、一緒に食事や子供の鬼滅の刃の話に付き合ってくれてありがとう。そしてミサンガとキーホルダーのプレゼントもありがとう！子供たちがとっても喜んで宝物にしています。(やれやれ！)
ネイチャーウォークではBilly、Andrewありがとう！Billyとも食事をして沢山話すことが出来て楽しかった！ウクレレで弾いてくれた「カントリーロード」
は、素敵でした。いい思い出です。
テニスでは、昨年に続いてJoshやFredとテニスを教えてもらいました。私たちのことを覚えていてくれて嬉しかったです。
そして、Amazing FamilyのHinakoは、初日から声をかけてくれて食事も一緒にして妻とは色々話していたようでした。ありがとう！
その他、レストランの食事はどれも美味しく、スタッフの気遣い、おもてなしが素晴らしかったです。
毎晩のショーは、どれも素晴らしく楽しかったですが、特にHalf time Showは素晴らしく、圧巻でした。また、初めての公演日にHalf time Showを見ることができ、キロロだけしか見れないのはもったいないと思いました。
今回も充実した素晴らしい滞在だったので別れ際はとても寂しい気持ちでしたが、レセプションのSHUNをはじめ見送っていただき、笑顔で帰ることができました。SHUNは、長男と夜にダンスしたことがとってもいい思い出のようです。
その他、書ききれない多くのGOの方々に滞在中の至る所でお世話になりまして本当に皆さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
また休みの機会を見つけてキロロのG.O、G.Eの皆さんに会いに行きます。本当にありがとうございました。

We recently stayed at Club Med Kiroro Peak and had an amazing experience thanks to the outstanding team led by Tatiana, the new Chef de Village. From the moment GO Beste welcomed us at the reception, we felt well taken care of. The food was consistently excellent, with Executive Chef Vincent and Sous Chef Ahmet delivering scrumptious meals every day. Special thanks also go to Alice at the ski room and the helpful boutique team — their friendly service really stood out.

The resort vibe at Kiroro Peak feels much more upscale compared to the jovial atmosphere we encountered at Club Med Kiroro Grand (we visited briefly and were squirted with water pistols — people may find it funny but it’s definitely not our idea of a premium experience).

While the service was impeccable, we were disappointed with the hotel hardware. The rooms at Kiroro Peak are tired and very small — especially compared to other Club Med ski resorts like Tomamu or Val d’Isère, the only other Exclusive Collection resort in the Club Med portfolio. It feels misleading for Club Med to market Kiroro Peak as part of the “Exclusive Collection” without making meaningful upgrades to the accommodations. Tatiana and her team are doing an incredible job walking a tightrope to keep guests happy, but it’s clear that the physical property does not currently meet the Exclusive Collection standard.

We strongly recommend Club Med reconsider the classification unless significant improvements are made — or at the very least, enhance the room experience with more upscale amenities to offset the shortcomings.

We visited Club Med Kiroro Peak in Mar 2025 to experience the late winter skiing and were not disappointed. Even this late in the season, we had lots of snow and great fun.

Special thanks to Tom, Mersila, Ryan, Haru, Yutaro and Miltos from the ski/snowboard team; Agathe from the reception, Rakesh, Vincent, Maki and Elsa from the restaurant; Yosuke and Gita from the bar; Briac from the ski shop; Tiffany from the gift shop; and the ever talented John. These were GOs who made our stay especially enjoyable and memorable. Thanks so much!

This was my second stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak this winter season, and it felt like coming home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth by Chief of Village Tatiana and F&B Manager Elsa. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience.

Tatiana leads the village with such grace and energy—you can feel her positive presence everywhere. She’s not only professional and approachable but also genuinely engaged with the guests, which makes a big difference.

Elsa continues to impress with her exceptional attention to detail and passion for creating a memorable dining experience. She’s always around, checking in with guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and her warmth makes every meal feel extra special.

Club Med Kiroro Peak remains my go-to destination for a ski vacation—not just for the world-class skiing, but for the people who make the stay unforgettable. It is truly the best Club Med that I have stayed, can’t wait to return again!
