Complimentary Cancellation Within a Grace Period

• You may cancel your booking free of charge within a specified grace period after reservation. This ensures you have the flexibility to adjust your plans shortly after booking.
• For cancellations made during this window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations After the Grace Period

• For cancellations made beyond the grace period, a fee may apply. This fee typically varies based on the time of cancellation in relation to your scheduled arrival date.
• Fees are calculated as a percentage of the total vacation cost, with the specific amount provided at the time of booking.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

• To initiate a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer service team directly. Our representatives are available to assist you with the process and provide clarity on any applicable fees or policies.
• If you need to adjust your travel dates, room type, or other booking details, amendments are permitted based on availability. A modification fee may be applied, depending on the nature of the change.

For added protection, we strongly recommend travel insurance. This optional coverage safeguards against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or travel interruptions, ensuring you’re protected if you need to cancel or alter your plans.

If 50% of your ski domain is closed for two consecutive days, we’ll offer you a snowy getaway to one of our 13 Alpine Resorts, subject to availability.
