Be sure that your ski holidays will be preserved, regardless of the snow conditions. We will welcome you in another mountain resort in the Alps in case 50% of the ski domain is closed due to lack of snow*.

At Club Med, we make our best to make sure you plan your ski holidays with peace of mind. Your thrill on the slopes is our priority, which is why we offer the Snow Guarantee*. If 50% of the ski lifts close due to a lack of snow for 2 consecutive days in the resort where you are about to stay or during your stay, you can request to be accommodated in a Club Med Resort where the snow is more abundant, subject to availability. ​

Within the 5 days before your departure or during your stay, you can request to be accommodated in one of our 14 Resorts in the Alps. Your initial stay will be modified at no cost (except for transportation costs which will be at your expense). Subject to availability in the replacement Resort. Same week and same length of stay. No additional charges if the new stay is more expensive. Refund of the price difference if the new stay is less expensive. Refund of additional or à la carte services if they are not available in the new Resort. The availability of additional or à la carte services, including Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med, is not guaranteed. Flight modification fees and transfers to the new resort are at your expense
