I had a great experience at Club Med Beidahu and truly enjoyed the trip with my family. The highlight was definitely the skiing and snowboarding — the slopes were enjoyable, and it was a wonderful opportunity for us to spend quality time together in the snow.

The rooms were comfortable and cosy, which made it easy to relax after a long day outdoors. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.

However, the food was a bit of a letdown. While there was variety, it felt quite repetitive over the course of the stay, and the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. The highly rated hotpot, which required a booking, was especially disappointing. The soup base lacked flavour, and the meat provided was quite tasteless, which made the experience underwhelming.

As for the ski and snow equipment rental, it was decent but not outstanding. If I were to visit again, I would choose to rent from the rental shops located just outside the Club Med ski hall instead, as they offer slightly better brands at a more affordable price.

Overall, it was still a memorable family trip with great skiing experiences, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

Went to Club Med Beidahu with a group of 8 and honestly had such a good time.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt very smooth and well taken care of. Jacky welcomed us warmly and made settling in super easy, which we really appreciated especially since we were such a big group.

Snowboarding was definitely the highlight of the trip. Huge shoutout to Franco and Tyler — they were amazing coaches. Super patient, very clear with their instructions, and just really good at making everyone feel comfortable no matter their level. You can tell they really know their stuff and enjoy teaching. We all improved a lot over a few days and had a lot of fun doing it.

The rest of the staff were great too. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Jackson really stood out. He was always attentive during meals and even when we were just hanging around the lounge. Always checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and just going the extra mile without being asked. Special thanks to the other service staff, Nancy, Alex, Shuo for their excellent service.

For a group our size, things could’ve easily been messy, but the whole experience felt really seamless. Plenty to do, good vibes all around, and just a really easy place to relax and enjoy.

Overall, it was a super fun trip with great people and great service. Definitely one of those holidays where everything just clicks.

Thank you for the warm & friendly service of all your staff. The reception & instruction on arrival was good especially with a warm drink. Special mention also for Jackson & Kerrine & all their F&B team. Everyone so cheerful & sincere in their greetings. We felt good that Jackson & Kerrine took to get our wine & drinks before our meals. And they were very helpful to show us the way to our tables with with family members. Also thanks to Kerrine for arranging early takeaway breakfast on the last day & had the breakfast packed & placed in the coach early in the morning. We enjoyed the free flow of wine, fun activities & also the ski ground. And also chatting with some of your staff who joined us at our table. Oh I had a good chat doing the snow trekking twice with your Indian guide Berinto. Thank you.

Our first Club Med and ski resort experience as a family. Overall, the experience didn't disappoint and we'll definitely be back!

Aim of the trip was to celebrate our kid's birthday, upgrade our ski skills (my wife's first time skiing and my second time snowboarding) and just enjoy the snow and resort. We went for 4 days 3 nights and joined lessons for 2.5 days. One more day would've been perfect!

Thanks to the amazing instruction of Agatha and Ben, I was able to improve rapidly and gain confidence. Agatha, thank you for teaching me to get off the chairlift without falling (honestly, my proudest achievement!). Your instruction was super clear, you created a fun and chill vibe and that really helped make the whole experience so enjoyable. Ben brought me to another level, I was able to practice more open turns and try out new terrain. Thanks again for your expert technical knowledge and your passion for snowboarding is so fun and infectious! Patient and kind -- top notch instructors.

Pro tip: for non Chinese speakers, getting an English instructor during Group class is not guaranteed. Best to ask the front desk as they rotate instrutors daily.

Another highlight is of course Mini Kids Club! Peggy and the rest of the teachers were amazing!! Awesome energy, always smiling, always kind and attentive to the kids. Our five year old enjoyed his time there and also had a fun time skiiing. We could trust them with our kid. This also freed us up to have more me/couple time!

Food wise. Quality of the buffet restaurant is decent but can get monotonous (especially breakfast), but there's always the outside food court if you want more options. Rooms are huge and spacious - no issues with smoke smells or cleanliness for us.

All in all, a FANTASTIC experience. Kudos to CDV Tatiana for the great hospitality and for creating such a welcoming, beautiful and warm little village.
