Prepare to elevate your wellness journey with Jonah Kest at Club Med Québec Charlevoix. Kicking off the festival, Jonah Kest will lead a transformative schedule of yoga classes and wellness workshops from September 2-5.
Start your mornings with Jonah's energetic signature yoga flow classes and enjoy an all-new unique Hip Hop Vinyasa Flow, combining ancient asana meditation, a dynamic flow with modern-day hip-hop beats to ignite your spirit and feel energized.
