We had a wonderful family holiday and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
A special mention goes to the for the chef of the resort Hugo for the great attention to guests and constant availability, always present, helpful and smiling.
At the restaurant we received outstanding service: Assistant Restaurant Manager Calogero was extremely professional and attentive, and the dining room staff Francesco, Giorgia and Marika were kind, efficient and welcoming.
The food was excellent throughout the entire stay, and the bar service was perfectly organized, many thanks to Thibault, the Food & Beverage Manager, for the great management.
The pool staff were friendly and fun, always creating a pleasant atmosphere. The ski courses were fantastic as well, with highly skilled and patient instructors.
We will definitely come back soon.

I had an excellent experience with Michele Martau our snowboard instructor. He was extremely attentive, patient, and very didactic in the way he explained each technique. He was able to identify small mistakes in my riding and correct them in a clear and practical way.

After just a few lessons, I felt a real evolution in my snowboarding — more control, better posture, and much more confidence on the mountain.

I highly recommend his lessons to anyone who truly wants to improve their skills.

I recently stayed at Club Med Pragelato and found the resort absolutely fantastic. I especially loved the concept of the small chalets and the intimate village atmosphere—it created a warm and relaxing environment from the moment we arrived. The food was terrific, offering a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

The rooms were spacious, larger than average, and very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day on the slopes. The walk from our chalet to the main building was not an issue for me, though some guests might find it slightly inconvenient. Overall, the resort has a quiet, low-key charm with little to no après-ski party scene, which is perfect for those looking for a peaceful mountain experience.

The ski terrain is excellent for all levels. Level 6 is entirely off-piste, with plenty of terrain to explore. One observation is that Level 5 groups do not go off-piste due to Italian regulations requiring proper equipment and training. Personally, I would have appreciated a mix of piste and off-piste skiing, as Level 6 every day can feel quite intense. That said, the ski domain is massive and well supported by snowmaking, keeping conditions interesting even in low-snow seasons.

The resort itself is fairly isolated, with little nearby shopping or dining. However, the cross-country center is only a three-minute walk away, and equipment is provided free for Club Med guests. Communication was easy since everyone spoke French, and the pool was very convenient, although access to the sauna and steam rooms required an additional fee.

Dining on the mountain outside the resort was also a wonderful experience. It provided the best opportunity to try different kinds of food, and every place we visited was excellent. It’s also worth noting that there is no ATM at the resort for cash withdrawals, which is important for guests who may wish to tip their ski guide at the end of the week.

I was told there can sometimes be a shortage of off-piste equipment for Level 6, so guests who own their gear may want to bring it along. The ski room lockers are somewhat small and can be very busy, though they are conveniently located directly in front of the gondola. Taking the gondola to reach the ski domain adds about 15 minutes to the start of the day, but returning is easy thanks to a groomed trail leading back to the resort.

Overall, this was a truly memorable alpine getaway that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Our snowboard guide Simone P. was absolutely incredible! He made our snowboard trip what dreams are made of. He is truly passionnate and knows the mountains and all the good spots depending on the weather, the timing and the vibe of our group.

We asked him to get us to better place to have lunch in the mountain and we had the chance to enjoy truly authentic italian food, which enhanced by far our experience.

Those hard working people are the one that made the difference for us and created such awesome memories.
